Vulcan Rock Quarry Vist

Welcome to our class blog. We really enjoyed our field trip to the Vulcan Rock Quarry. This field trip kicked off our study of earth materials and natural resources. Ask your child about what they have learned about rocks and how they are used!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

We had a fabulous day celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday through our annual Real Men Read event. We enjoyed our guest readers Deputy Rhodes, Mr. Tony Cooper, and Mr. Frederick Evans.

Guidance Lesson

My students are completely engaged in this guidance lesson with Dr. Grant. They are learning about the importance of using the character trait of patience. They also discussed the importance of staying safe by sticking with a partner or a group.
